Our open air booth needs a minimum of 8×8 feet of floor space, with at least 8 feet of ceiling clearance. We also need access to a standard 110V outlet within 20 feet of the setup area. If you're unsure about your venue's layout, just send us the details and we'll let you know if it works.
We recommend booking at least 4–6 months in advance for weddings, especially for peak season dates (May–October). Corporate events and private parties can often be booked with shorter notice. A signed agreement and retainer secures your date — we can't hold dates without both.
We're based in Sanford, FL and serve all of Central Florida — Orlando, Lake Mary, Kissimmee, Winter Park, Celebration, and surrounding areas. Travel up to 30 miles from Sanford is included in all packages. Events beyond that radius are welcome — just ask about travel fees when you inquire.
Yes — always. Setup and breakdown time is never counted against your booked hours. We typically arrive 60–90 minutes early to set up and stay after your event ends to break down. You only pay for the hours the booth is live and your guests are using it.
Yes, with a few conditions. The booth needs to be on a flat, stable surface with overhead shelter (a tent, canopy, or covered patio) to protect the equipment from direct sun, wind, and moisture. We do not set up in open outdoor areas without cover. If you're planning an outdoor event, let us know and we'll help coordinate the setup requirements with your venue.
Guests can receive their photos in multiple ways — instant text or email directly from the booth, printed 4×6 photos on the spot (packages that include printing), and through a private online gallery shared after the event. The gallery is available for download for 30 days post-event.
Absolutely — every package includes a custom-designed photo template at no extra charge. We'll design a layout that matches your event's colors, style, and branding. You'll approve the design before your event date. Want something fully custom with a logo or unique artwork? Just let us know.
Your retainer is non-refundable as it holds your date exclusively. If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are subject to the full balance. Full details are outlined in your event agreement. Questions? Email us anytime.
Yes. Idle time allows the booth to remain on-site but powered down (typically during dinner) at a reduced hourly rate. This is a popular option for weddings where you want the booth active during cocktail hour and dancing, but not during the meal. Ask about idle time pricing when you inquire.
